Prices are for graphic design or videography services and entitle the buyer to a copy of the approved end product/design/video in the following high resolution formats upon request: JPEG, PNG, PDF, TIFF & others for graphics and MOV, MP4, AVI & others for videos. All formats are “As a copy” and not layered with the exceptions of logo branding and t-shirt designs for screen printing which both include the design files.

VBGP reserves the rights to all designs/video files and Adobe design files (PSD, AI, EPS, AEP, INDD, etc.). An extra fee will be required from anyone who requests to obtain partial or full rights to the design files (layered files) for a requested project. This is with the exceptions of logo branding and t-shirt designs as mentioned above. Please contact me for more details if required.

PLEASE NOTE: Prices may vary depending on what is requested. VBGP also reserves the right to change prices at any given time for any given purpose. The design project’s timeline is for one month max. Designs that are not given feedback for or approved within a month are considered late and extra service fees may apply. We also keep a copy of your project files on our local drive and Google Drive so you have access to it.

IMPORTANT: VBGP adds the final approved end product/design to our business and partner website portfolios for marketing purposes. If for some valid reason you feel it best that your design not be added (e.g. sensitive content) please contact me. Also, please note our design process.

What happens with overdue projects

WEBSITE PROJECTS

VBGP works diligently to get website projects completed for review, as agreed to in the timeline. If a client, for some reason,  is not able to give in content in time, they are expected to communicate a valid reason for the delay in a timely manner.

Website projects that go on pause for over 4 weeks with no updates or agreement to amend the timeline will be placed on a “parked” status and considered late for failure to honor contractual agreements. A late fee or support fee may be charged to place the project in an “active” status again.

Important Note: You are the owner of your domain and website files, once the project is paid off. You can request access to the backend of your site at any time after the project is complete and the balance is paid in full.
